This place was blah. Food was consistent with other bdubs however the service was considerably inattentive. It wasn't busy at all while I was there and I had to flag down my waitress twice.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!
Found a piece of hair in my friends meal, I get that it happens every once in awhile. Not one full minute after she announces her discovery, I found ANOTHER piece of hair in my burger! I could not believe that it was twice some chefs hair fell onto our meal. I understand a once in a blue moon at a Buffalo Wild Wings or chilies happens, but twice and the terrible service? The waiter rolled her eyes at us every time and I know you might be having a bad day but what did we have to do with it besides coming out and trying to enjoy a good meal with close friends? We always tip well and we get this kind of service before we even order our meals? I spoke to the manager and he usual shrug of "oh yeah that's not cool or okay". Was a common thing to expect.
It is what it is. Many people go the extra mile to complain. I'll go the extra mile to announce that this Buffalo Wild Wings is one you should stay miles away from. -

I was born and raised in Lewisville so naturally I've been here quite a bit in my lifetime and tonight was probably one of the absolute worst times I have ever experienced.
When we(my hubby and I) first walked in there was another couple who was waiting at an empty host stand with the restaurant being near close to empty. We were finally seated and the host asked what we would like to drink. It took our server at least 10 minutes to come to our table and give us our drinks because she was filling drinks for another table and decided to being it out all at once.
My husband ordered a shot and that took another additional 10 minutes for the runner to bring it to us but when he did he brought it to the wrong table and was very confused until my husband waved him down. We finally get to ordering our food and that took 15 minutes for our order of fried pickles which tasted absolutely disgusting and old. The wings were good so sure I'll give one star for that.
I finally saw a manager and flagged him down and told him the issues we were having and if he could do anything about the ticket since our food was also cold but wings at least had good flavor? I don't even know...he comped some wings which I feel like that isn't enough. We felt tension and attitude from both the waitress and manager after calmly speaking to him about our concerns. This place has seriously gone down hill and I wish I could've had a full refund due to the fact that I did not enjoy my time whatsoever. -

The most horrible eatery in town. It took the server 4 rounds back and forth to execute a order for drinks. Then we waited for 34 minutes after ordering food, and eventually left the place empty stomach. The useless manager came back saying "Sorry guys, I'm a LITTLE backed up"
Avoid this place if you can. -

The food was decent -when the group of 4 of us finally got everything we needed which took about 40 minutes; it was a Saturday night in their defense
The waiter we had seemed good hearted but seemed really nervous and scrambled. We sat outside which felt kind of clustered as I bumped into the person next to me multiple times. Also had a questionable remark made from the waiter stating(thanks for not stealing the glassware)! I wouldn't necessarily say it was racist but it did make the group of people I was with feel real uncomfortable; a sign of relief came over him when I payed with a Benjamin .. I don't think I will ever return to this place or would I recommend it to anyone.. the only thing I enjoyed was my glass of wine...
